CHEF ANDREA

Andrea, from Parma, combines creativity and solid entrepreneurial experience. After years in London’s high-end restaurant scene, he returned to Italy where he managed three successful venues — a bistro, a restaurant, and a pizzeria — in his hometown. His skills extend beyond the kitchen, with expertise in wine, cocktails, and hospitality management. Andrea brings energy, vision, and a refined palate to Via Emilia, ensuring that every experience is as warm and professional as it is unforgettable.

Born in Modena, Vittorio grew up surrounded by the flavors of Emilia-Romagna, a land where food is heritage. After few years n Michelin-starred kitchens he worked for 15 years as a private chef, cooking for high end clients on Luxury Yachts, in London, Vail and Los Angeles. Now Vittorio has called Costa Rica home, bringing together Italian culinary traditions with the richness of local ingredients. His cuisine is defined by authenticity, precision, and a deep respect for both land and people.
