WHO WE ARE
We are Vittorio and Andrea, chefs from Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of handmade pasta. Our path led us through Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury yachts, high end dining in Los Angeles and London and to running successful venues in Parma. Today, in Costa Rica, we created Via Emilia: where Italian tradition embraces the jungle, the ocean, and local ingredients.
